Distance Sales
Agreement

This form is the preliminary information provided to you before a distance sales agreement is established for the products you order via www.cromtest.com. The products covered by the agreement are drug test kits, drug test strips and urine sample validity tests.

The name, quantity, VAT-inclusive unit price and total amount of the products you order are shown to you on the order summary page. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include Value Added Tax.

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card and Bank Transfer/EFT. Card payments are processed via the 3D Secure protocol and charged upon order confirmation. For Bank Transfer/EFT payments, the order is processed once the payment is confirmed to have reached the Seller's bank account; purchases made with this payment method receive a 2% discount on the product amount (shipping costs are not included in the discount).

Following order confirmation, the product is handed over to the courier within 2 (two) business days; the legal maximum delivery period is 30 (thirty) days. Delivery is made to the address you specify on the order form. The tracking number is notified by email. Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown separately before the order is completed. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery date without providing any reason. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice in writing to info@cromtest.com.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised:
— The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
— The Seller refunds the payment within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the notice.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:
— Products whose packaging has been opened by the buyer
— Products that have been used or contaminated

In the event that an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product is delivered, you must notify us in writing at info@cromtest.com within 2 (two) business days of the delivery date. In this case the return shipping cost is borne by the seller; the product is replaced or the amount refunded.

Your personal data is processed under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for the purpose of managing order and delivery processes and fulfilling legal obligations. For detailed information, please review the Privacy Policy at www.cromtest.com.

Turkish law applies to disputes. The competent court is the Ankara Consumer Court. As a consumer, you may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
